Because choice is important, Asymtek offers PPO MEDICAL and DENTAL
plans as well as VISION and PRESCRIPTION plans.
Retirement Plans
Asymtek’s 401(K) RETIREMENT PLAN allows you the opportunity to
save for your future. Asymtek matches 50% of your contributions
up to 6% of your annual salary. The vesting schedule is 20%
each year. You are fully vested after 5 years of service.
To provide you with financial assistance during your retirement,
Asymtek offers participation in the Nordson PENSION PLAN. You are
100% vested when you are credited with 5 years of vesting service.
Upon retirement your income will be calculated by using a formula
that includes your final average monthly pay, years of service,
and the age of retirement.
Time Away
Everyone needs time away from work. Asymtek provides 10 paid
HOLIDAYS per year, and you even get a week off with pay from December
25th - January 1st.
Asymtek’s PERSONAL TIME OFF (combined sick and vacation time) accrual
rate is based on continuous years of service. Your accrual
rate starts at 3 weeks per year. Over time you can earn up
to 6 weeks per year!
Income Protection
When a family member has a serious illness, flexible scheduling
can make a real difference in balancing your work and personal responsibilities.
FAMILY ILLNESS LEAVE allows you to receive full pay (length of leave
is determined on years of service) when you must be away from work
because a family member is ill.
In the event of non-work related disability Asymtek offers integrated
SHORT TERM and LONG TERM DISABILITY plans.
ACCIDENTAL DEATH & DISMEMBERMENT (AD&D) and employee LIFE
INSURANCE provides financial protection for your family in the event
of an unforeseen loss.
Other Cool Benies!
Our PROFIT SHARING plan allows you to share in the company’s good
fortune. Profit Sharing is determined quarterly and is dependent
upon Asymtek’s financial performance during the previous quarter.
To help you with continuing education, our EDUCATION ASSISTANCE
plan will reimburse 100% of the cost for tuition/books for work
related studies up to $5,000 per calendar year.
Our unique CHILDCARE ASSISTANCE plan will pay 50% of your childcare
cost up to $2400 per calendar year.
To offset your taxes, Asymtek offers a FLEXIBLE SPENDING ACCOUNT
that allows you to set aside pre-tax dollars for qualified childcare
and health care expenses.
