following sets forth our information-gathering and usage practices

The information you provide www.asymtek.com
is used to (1) deliver customer-specific content tailored to your
particular interests, (2) continually improve the convenience and
functionality of this Site for our customers, and (3) create an
efficient product purchasing experience.
Other than disseminating customer-provided information to other
Asymtek-associated organizations, such as representatives, distributors
and Original Equipment Manufacturers, Asymtek does not share, rent
or sell information collected from our customers.
We provide specific information to these organizations to ensure
that each customer benefits from Asymtek’s entire array of customer
sales and service programs. We require that these associated organizations
maintain all customer information in strict confidence and return
such information to Asymtek when our agreements with them expire.
Although no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed
100% secure, we will do our best to ensure the security of your
information on our systems. Asymtek will follow standard practices
and employ virus protection software on its electronic interchange
communication systems in order to protect our customers from an
inadvertent virus attack. However, Asymtek will not be liable for
damages or interruptions associated with a virus or other harmful
file migrating from Asymtek’s electronic interchange communication
systems to a customer’s information system.
When applicable, Asymtek will provide you with one or more logins,
each with a password. It is your responsibility to protect the password
and ensure it will be used only for legitimate business. Any orders
placed on the site will be processed in accordance to our terms
and conditions including any cancellation fees. Please contact the
