Asymtek Restructures Applications Network and
Promotes Lisa Ryan
 Carlsbad,
CA - Asymtek recently appointed Lisa Ryan Marketing and Business
Development Manager. Ryan's charter is to oversee the alliance between
the customer and Asymtek's internal applications support network.
This move ensures enhanced communication and internal resources
to help customers achieve their dispensing goals.
As Marketing and Business Development Manager, Ryan oversees both
the Marketing department and the Applications Engineering Group.
She is responsible for the global strategic marketing of Asymtek's
automated fluid dispensing systems, including the content of the
website and sales tools, as well as seminars and tradeshows. "Our
goal is to provide the customer the necessary data for their application
in real time, so they can reap the benefits of the new information
as quickly as possible," Ryan explains. "By combining
marketing with applications, we expect to more effectively offer
breakthrough application solutions for our customers."
Ryan will continue to retain responsibility of Asymtek's European
operations in Maastricht, Netherlands, where she is responsible
for sales, applications development and service support. Asymtek's
European team consists of 30 direct employees and a distribution
network.
She brings over 15 years of engineering management experience,
most recently with Loctite Corporation. Ryan also worked for Proctor
and Gamble, receiving top-notch practical training on organizational
and personnel management procedures. Ryan has published numerous
articles and papers on advanced semiconductor processes. She has
an engineering degree from Lafayette College in Pennsylvania and
an MBA from the University of California, Los Angeles. Ryan reports
to Alec Babiarz, Asymtek's Senior Vice President.
