Asymtek Appoints Astro Technology New Distributor in the UK

Fareham, UK — Asymtek has exclusively partnered with United Kingdom distributor Astro Technology to market their dispensing equipment throughout England, Scotland, and Wales. Astro has offices in Fareham, South England, and a technical support facility in Scunthorpe, North England.

Their well-established marketing and sales network with a comprehensive customer support program makes it easy for Asymtek’s UK customers to receive products with efficiency and value-added service. Astro has worked with Asymtek for several years already, supporting installations of all Millennium® dispensers in the UK. Mr. D. Humphries, Astro Technology’s Sales and Marketing Director explains, "Because of our partnership with Asymtek, we have a better understanding of its customers’ requirements and dispensing applications."

In addition to its distribution and support services, Astro plans to host seminars in various parts of the UK, offering Asymtek customers in-depth training on the conformal coating and electronic material dispensing processes. Astro has also invested in a number of Asymtek dispensers for use in customer demonstrations and applying process applications as requested by potential customers.

Astro Technology, founded in 1970, is an independent distributor of assembly equipment to the electronics industry. Astro employs 60 employees located throughout the UK.
