You can double production throughput by simply adding a second valve. Dual-Simultaneous dispensing is ideal for applications that have:

• Patterned parts with consistent spacing
• Low sensitivity to placement accuracy (125-250 microns; carrier/part dependent)
• Carrier-level fiducials with good part/die placement

Operation

Two identical valves with the same fluid are mounted side by side. The dual-simultaneous bracket has a micro-adjust feature that allows you to fine-tune the XYZ position over a range of ± 2.54 mm for accurate, repeatable dispensing. To accommodate a wide variety of applications, valve spacing can be infinitely adjusted from 63.5 to 139.7 mm.

Triple-valve simultaneous dispensing is also available.
