Film-Frame Wafer Handler
The Film-Frame Wafer Handlers from Asymtek provide efficient part handling and minimize operator intervention in wafer-level packaging operations. Based on Asymtek’s popular free-standing loaders/unloaders, they are fully programmable and adaptable to many types of wafer cassettes. SMEMA-standard hardware and software protocols facilitate integration with part handling and processing equipment for in-line systems applications.
