Flexible Impingement-Heat Tooling
 Impingement
heat ensures precise and consistent substrate heating for reliable fluid dispensing
when contact heating is not an option. Double-sided printed circuit board (PCB)
assemblies and boards populated with through-hole components require non-contact
impingement heating. Asymtek’s flexible impingement heat tooling, is ideal
