Target Audience
Asymtek dispense system users who need a basic understanding of
the Underfill dispense application.
Course Description
Course provides instruction on basic concepts of the Underfill
dispensing application. The class is conducted in a lab environment
where the students will have an opportunity to develope the process
on the Asymtek dispense systems.
