Site Audits for Equipment or Staff

Equipment Health Assessment -

  • FSE audit to perform a detailed equipment assessment of the dispenser.
  • Useful as an annual physical inspection for ISO.
  • Intended to support customers transferring equipment between division or facilities.
  • Audit support when acquiring used equipment.

Technician/Engineer Skills Assessment -

  • Annual visit to perform a detailed assessment of the customer stall technicians/engineers that support the equipment on the factory floor.

Accuracy Verification & Field Calibration -

  • Annual verification of the equipment accuracy performance and Field Calibration if needed.
  • Intended to support annual ISO requirements.

FmNT Periodic Updates -

  • Updates to the FmNT software as they become released, for 1 dispenser for 1 year.
  • Multi year agreements available.

FmNT Software License -

  • To legally use FmNT, 3rd party owners of brokered systems must purchase the license.
  • Required for 3rd party owners.

Software Updates -

  • Upgrade from ECDos to ECNT.
  • Upgrade from FMW to FmNT.
  • Hardware upgrade may also be required dependent on present configuration and equipment vintage.

  • Hardware support for 1 year for spare parts and assemblies.
  • Intended for parts support beyond the first year of dispenser ownership.

Valve or Pump Upgrade -

  • Upgrade from DV-06 or DV-6000 to a DV-7000 or DV-8000.

Height Sensor Upgrade -

  • Upgrade to the latest Slim-Line or Laser Height sensor.

Computer Upgrade -

  • Upgrade from HP or AST to a MicroAlliance computer.
  • Additional electronics, hardware bay be required.

Mechanics Replacement New-

  • Purchase and install a NEW mechanics with all the latest updates in design.

Mechanics Replacement Refurb -

  • Purchase and install a REFURBISHED mechanics with all the latest updates in design.
  • Credit applied upon return of the used mechanics.

Mechanics Return -

  • Have the mechanics removed and shipped back to the factory for refurbishment.
  • All updates will be performed including new cables, stepper motors, pulleys, tensioners (if applicable) and electrical cables.
  • FSE to perform removal and reinstallation.

DP-3000 Valve Replacement -

  • Purchase a REFURBISHED DP-3000 valve with all the latest updates in design.
  • Credit applied upon return of the used DP-3000 valve.
